Delete your Glingio account
Use this page to request deletion of your Glingio account and its data — for example if you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in.
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your profile and contact details
- Your events, reminders and schedules
- Comments and photos you added
- Notification history and preferences
Some records (such as billing/payment records) may be retained where required by law.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through the
App Store or Google Play. Please cancel it separately from the relevant store to avoid future charges.
For your security, we'll email a confirmation link to the address below (valid for 24 hours) — your account will only be scheduled for deletion after you open that link. Once confirmed, your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after a 30-day grace period.
